Summary

  • refresh the public README around the Gemma 4 AI Agent finals narrative
  • publish the finals PPT, verified demo script, technical handbook, scoring matrix, and evidence package
  • add Gemma 4 + Google ADK controlled planning, hard-constraint validation, bounded recovery, and verified episodic memory
  • load the longest-bridge 100 m POI result onto the map by default
  • add visual county-planning Word/PDF reports, preflight checks, behavior evaluation, and real E2E scripts

Verification

  • 236 finals runtime regression tests passed
  • 73 finals core tests passed
  • 52 model-gateway and tool-filter compatibility tests passed
  • 5/5 deterministic Agent behavior contracts passed
  • Ruff, Python compilation, Docker Compose parsing, PPTX/DOCX integrity, and release SHA-256 manifest passed

Evidence boundaries

  • live Gemma 4 + ADK repeated evaluation measures tool selection and branch control with deterministic planning-tool responses
  • the locked Bishan evidence is a real MPC run using reused prepared data and ONNX ensemble artifacts
  • the county engine is described as a domain-specific GWM prototype, not a complete general-purpose geospatial world model
  • historical intranet validation is not represented as a current production deployment of GIS Data Agent

The review entry point is docs/finals/README.md.
